With a vision to enkindle the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among the students - Diligentia, the Entrepreneurship Cell was established by PGDAV College in September 2021, led by a committed student and faculty team. 

 

Diligentia endeavors to inculcate entrepreneurial skills in young minds and provide them with a medium to convert their thoughts into actions. We at Diligentia emphasize being ‘Driven, Dynamic, and Determined’, which is also our motto and the predominant guiding force.

So far, the cell has successfully designed and implemented webinars, events, and projects to leave a lasting impression on the participants and foster an entrepreneurial mindset.

We have come a long way in the shortest time span, organising several successful events like FROM STARTUP TO FUNDING- a three-day gala event hosting contestants of Shark Tank India who successfully bagged funding for their start-up; 

PROJECT GULAABO - a real-time social entrepreneurship project; and a seven day entrepreneurial boot camp - ‘E-SKILLS WITH E-CELL’ besides holding several other webinars and in-house sessions throughout the year. 

With the same diligence, and aim to strengthen the foundation of entrepreneurship via sharing knowledge, resources, and assistance to ambitious minds, we look forward to striving for more excellence with the sharpest minds in this upcoming session.

Record of Events - 2022-23

1.  1st-7th July 2022: E-Skills with E-Cell, a 7-day entrepreneurship boot camp where skills such as Power BI, Personal Finance, SEO, MS Excel, Product Management, Fund Raising For a Startup, and Creating a business plan were taught by experts such as Priyank Ahuja, Nandini Gupta, Sanchit Jain and many more.
2.  August-November 2022: MentorSpeak, an in house skill development session conducted by faculty mentors of Diligentia, to enable students to hone their communication skills, learn more about govt. policies and schemes for start-ups, and solve entrepreneurial case studies.
