Dr Ritu Tanwar is working as an Assistant Professor in department of Commerce for more than 5 years and have taught various subjects including Business law,Computer Application in business, Advertising, Business Organisation. She holds a degree of B. Com from University of Delhi , Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Pune University , Master of philosophy ( MPhil) with specialisation in HR from BVIMR Pune university and Phd degree in Management.she has authored various research papers in national and international peer reviewed journals , attended several seminars and faculty Development Programmes. She is an active member of Center for Human Resource Development and scientific Research ( A unit of National and International council for scientific Research
