Dr. Anindita Goldar is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, at PGDAV College. Possessing an immense passion for teaching, she loves to interact with her students and focuses on their holistic development. She has a total teaching experience of nearly 10 years. She has completed B. Com (Hons.) from Sri Venkateswara College and M.Com. from South Campus, University of Delhi. Having a keen interest in global economic affairs she further completed her M.Phil. and Ph.D. in International Business from the Department of Commerce, University of Delhi. She was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Commerce in the year 2010. She was also closely associated with the prestigious MHRD National project “e-PG Pathshala”. Besides academics, she also has a deep inclination toward extra-curricular activities. She has been part of several College societies like Commercium- The Commerce Society, Diligentia, Analytica (Academic and Research Society, Department of Commerce) & Satark (The Consumer Club of PGDAV College). She has several published papers in reputed National and International journals to her credit. Previously, she has also worked as a Research Associate in the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER).

An active member in various College committees and Societies like Commercium, Satark- The Consumer Club, Diligentia,  Analytica- Academic & Research Society (Dept. of Commerce), SAF Committee, Caretaker Committee, and Lawns & Garden Committee of PGDAV College, University of Delhi.

Completed Ph.D. from the Department of Commerce, University of Delhi in 2022 on the topic, “Nature and Determinants of Outward Foreign Direct Investment: A Study of Select Indian Manufacturing Firms’, Supervisors: Prof. K.V. Bhanu Murthy & Prof. Ritu Sapra (Department of Commerce, DU).
