Thesis/Dissertation Title : Study of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organisational Effectiveness of Physical Teachers Working in Affiliated Colleges of Maharashtra State.

Salient features of Ph.D. research work:  The Thesis emphasizes on the Job Satisfaction level of the Physical Teachers. It also throw light on the job stress level and the organisational effectiveness existing among the physical teachers. Standard Questionnaire for job satisfaction and job stress level and Self- Made questionnaire for the organisational effectiveness were used for the collection of data. In this study the Socio-economic status, Cast and religion of the subjects was not be considered
