Dr. Akanksha Jain is an Associate Professor in Department of Commerce at PGDAV College, University of Delhi, India. She has teaching experience of 18-19 years. Her teaching interests include Human Resource Management, Organisation Behavior, Compensation management, Leadership principles and Team Development. She obtained her Masters in Commerce and M.Phil. in Finance from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She also holds Ph.D. in the field of Human Resource Management. Dr Akanksha Jain has completed C.A. (Inter) from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. She is a life member of International Association of Academicians and Researchers (IAAR) and Indian Accounting Association (NCR Chapter). Her research interests include CSR, Green Human Resource Management, Human Resource accounting and sustainability in business organizations, Green Human Resource management and Accounting. She has presented research papers is many national and international conferences, published several research papers in refereed national and international journals and have edited a book in the field of Finance and Human Resource Management.
