Dr. Dinesh Kumar is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at P.G.D.A.V. College, University of Delhi and has over 12 years of experience. He has also taught in NCWEB and IGNOU as a resource person at P.G.D.A.V. Center. He has been an organized professional teacher with strong subject knowledge, classroom management skills, and practical experience seeks to provide high-level teaching lessons to students. He has got published articles and chapters in various UGC listed journals and edited books and has presented papers in various seminar and conferences of national and international repute. Recently, He presented a paper in IX scientific international conference on the topic "The War in Ukraine and its Impact on Central Asia" in Moscow , Russia organised by RUDN University, Moscow in collaboration with Centre for the research of Post-Soviet Studies, Moscow on the theme "Russia's Foreign Policy in the European Space". His recent publications includes "The Importance of 'Swa' and Self-Purification in Gandhi's Hind Swaraj, India-Russia Partnership in Changing Times.
