Having Ph. D in English Literature from Goa University, I was appointed as an Assistant Professor at IEC College of Engineering, Greater Noida. There, I conducted classes to teach communication skills.

I was privileged to take classes to NCWEB students at B.R.Ambedkar College, and also at Mata Sundari College, Delhi University. My responsibility involved teaching literature, business English and communication skills. 

 At this moment, I’m working as an Assistant Professor (ad-hoc) at PGDAV College, Delhi University. My duties and responsibilities are taking English classes to undergraduate students. The modality of my teaching out of the curriculum is ‘Modern Indian Writing in English Translation’ ‘English Language Teaching’, Language through Literature, and AECC.

Apart from teaching activities, I am also a member of cultural committee as well as admission committee.

      (i)   The undersigned has worked as a Resource Person/Subject Expert in the Expert Advisory Committee for the editing of Learner’s Dictionary of History, Fundamental Glossary of History and Vigyan Garima Sindhu, under the Commission for Scientific & Technical Terminology, Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

      (ii) Presented Paper on Interrogating Gender: Representation of Women in the Early Novels of R.K.Narayan in the National Seminar on Trends in Research in English Language & Literature held on 9-10 March, 2005 at the University of Jammu.

      (iii) Presented Paper on Territory on Possession, Identity and Loyalty: A Critical Study of Mulk Raj Anand’s ‘Death of a Hero’ in the Tenth International Conference of the Forum on Contemporary Theory, Vadodara held on 16-19 December, 2007 at the University of Goa.

      (iv) Participated in Ten day’s Workshop on “Research Methodology in Social Sciences with a special focus on the disciplines of “Socio-cultural and Communication Research” organized by Department of Mass Communication Assam University, Silchar during 5-14 January, 2015.

      (v) Participated in Two day’s National Conference on ICSSR Research Survey and explorations in Economics held on 17-18 September, 2015 at JNU Convention Centre, JNU, New Delhi.
