Ms. Rimpy Kaushal is an Associate Professor, in Department of Economics and teaching in the college since 2006. She did her M.Sc. in Economics and Econometrics from University of Nottingham. She completed her PhD at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi on topic, "LIfe Insurance in India: A Historical and Empirical Analysis". Her areas of interest are Microeconomics and Econometrics. She is also skilled in the programming language R and statistical software packages such as Stata, Eviews, Gretl. She presently teaches paper on Introductory Microeconomics and Introductory Macroeconomics to first-year students, and Introductory Econometrics to second year students.
